Short. Using this site, seeing a price or asking us about your site is not a contract for cleaning. The service itself runs on our Client Terms.
What this site is
A working price calculator, and the way to ask for commercial cleaning in metro Adelaide, operated by SARTO GROUP PTY LTD. The service is available now in metro Adelaide. Cleaning starts only once you have accepted the Client Terms, which are the terms the service runs on. Nothing on this site commits you, or us, before that.
The price you are shown
The calculator produces a genuine job price from our own costing model, not an indicative range. It is based entirely on what you tell us about your site.
If you ask us to hold that price, we will honour it for 12 months from the day you register, provided the site is materially as you described it. We check that at the first clean. If the site is materially different, you get a revised price and five business days to accept it or walk away, and nothing will have been billed to you.

What asking for a price or a start date does and does not do
Asking us to email you a price sends you that price, and nothing after it unless you reply. Asking for a start date holds your price and gets you a reply from us about your site, normally the same business day. Neither creates a contract, obliges you to buy anything, or obliges us to supply anything. We cover metro Adelaide, and we will turn down a site we cannot service properly; if we do, we will tell you plainly. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
If you register as a contractor
Registering your interest is not an offer of work and does not create an engagement. Any work would follow a separate written agreement, and would depend on verification — including ABN and entity checks, insurances, a police check and referees. The job prices shown on the contractor page are real examples from our schedule, not a quote for a particular site.
Accuracy
We have tried hard to make everything on this site true, including the parts that are unflattering to us. Some of it describes a product that is still being built, and we have marked those parts as such. If you find something wrong, tell us at hello@sarto.com.au and we will fix it.
The example proposal
The annotated proposal on this site is a composite. It does not reproduce any real company’s document, and it names nobody — on the stated grounds that we would have to name almost everyone. Any resemblance to a specific quote you have received is because the industry writes them all the same way.
Our content
The words, the costing model and the scope documents are ours. You are welcome to quote or share the page — that is rather the point of it. You are not welcome to reproduce the costing model or pass the scope documents off as your own.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on this site. The cleaning service itself is governed by the Client Terms, not by this page. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
