For cleaners and cleaning businesses

You’ll know exactly what the job is. Before you say yes.

You’ve had the site where the scope was written to win the work and the hours were never enough to do it — and then been told to lift your game. That is the thing we built this to remove.

A job lands on your phone with everything on it: the site and its facts, the full task list, what done means on every line, the window you can work in, and exactly what it pays. You decide. Nothing gets added to it later, and nobody rings you at 8am about something that was never on the list.

No quoting. No site visits, no proposals, no waiting three weeks to hear back on a job you already priced. We do that part. If you take a site it’s yours for thirteen weeks, so you can build a route around it instead of chasing one-offs.

The client’s money is with us before you start, so there is nothing to chase and no thirty-day terms — you’re paid weekly, five days after the work is verified. And the price is for the job, not the hour.

Which means the site is priced so that whoever cleans it can afford to do it properly. Know the building, bring the right machine, finish early — that time is yours, and the price doesn’t move because you got good at it.

What the work actually pays

A site, a scope, a price.

Real jobs off our schedule — this is what lands on your phone. The price is yours in full; we’ve already taken our cut before you see it, and it doesn’t move if you’re fast.

Three sites like these is a route. Together they invoice a little over $2,000 a week — around $105,000 a year before running costs, or roughly $74,000 after fuel, insurance, equipment and super on typical numbers. Your costs are your own, so treat that last figure as an illustration rather than a promise.

  • Fixed price per job — never a timesheet
  • Paid weekly, five days after completion
  • We hold the client’s money — nothing to chase
  • Take what you want, decline the rest, no penalty
  • Work for whoever else you like. No exclusivity
  • Your speed never cuts your price on a site you hold
  • Scope defined before you accept — no scope creep
  • Rates reviewed every July, 60 days notice
What we will not do to you

No score. No ranking. No quietly fewer jobs next week.

You can say no

Decline anything, for any reason or none. We don’t operate an acceptance rate and we never will. If declining cost you future work, it wouldn’t be your business — it would be a roster with extra steps.

You see the whole job first

Site facts, the full scope with its exclusions, the window and exactly what it pays. Before you say yes. No mystery jobs, no “we’ll sort the details later”.

You can hand a site back

If it’s nothing like what we described, on the first visit, no penalty. That protects the client too — nobody should be stuck on a job they can’t do properly.

You choose your own hours

The client sets a window. You decide when, in what order, and how. And you work for whoever else you like, including our competitors.

You keep the gain

Fixed price per job. If you know the site and bring the right machine, finishing early pays you more per hour — and we never reprice a site because somebody got fast at it.

You earn on what you spot

Flag a carpet clean, a strip and seal, a window round — the client sees a price and decides. If they take it, you get a share, whether or not you do the work yourself. We are buying the lead from you, not sending you out to sell.

You fix your own mistakes

A verified re-clean is at your cost. That’s the deal both ways, and it’s the reason we don’t need to inspect you.

FOR CONTRACTORS

Tell us where you work and what you run.

No obligation and no sales call. We’re building the map of who covers what before we open a suburb — because selling work we can’t cover properly is how everyone else got here.

How are you set up?
Vehicle
Equipment you own

Some sites are priced on machine work. Knowing what you run means we never send you a job that pays for two hours and takes four.

Two quick ones

We’ll tell you what the work pays before you commit to anything. Declining work never affects what you’re offered — there is no acceptance rate here.

  1. Step 1 · now

Where you work, what you run, and an email. Two minutes.

  2. Step 2

Onboarding pack — ABN, insurances, police check, referees. Certificates are sighted and recorded, never kept: we hold the reference and the date, you keep your documents. Your staff’s paperwork isn’t ours to store.

  3. Step 3

We verify, then you start seeing jobs in your area.
