Physio, chiro, podiatry, psychology, exercise physiology: rooms where a patient lies on a plinth, touches a rail, sits where the last patient sat. The cleaning is small in area and heavy in touch points, and a quote built on office assumptions prices the wrong job.
The calculator treats allied health rooms as regulated premises: they price on the Complete scope only. Core and Extended are not offered, not as an upsell, but because a partial clean of a treatment room is not something we will sell. Real prices, current as at 19 September 2026:

What a practice manager stops chasing
Evidence for the accreditation folder. Photos in your portal after every visit, against a published scope where every task states what done looks like. When the assessor asks for the cleaning regime, you hand over a dated record of every attendance, not a roster signed in advance.
Who is in the rooms after hours. A named person, told to you before they attend: police check sighted and dated, $20 million public liability current and tracked to its expiry, re-verified every 13 weeks. If cover lapses, the platform stops the work automatically.
A remedy that runs itself. An in-scope item missed is re-cleaned within 24 hours, free. If a re-clean is not practical, that visit is credited as money off your next invoice. No lock-in, no notice period, nothing to serve out.

How much does allied health room cleaning cost in Adelaide?
On Sarto, a 250 m² allied health practice cleaned twice a week on the Complete scope is priced live on this page and on the calculator, excluding GST. Smaller practices sit on a minimum charge per attendance, so a two-room practice and a 250 m² one can price close together. The price is held for 12 months.
Why can I not choose a cheaper scope for consulting rooms?
Treatment rooms are regulated premises on the platform. The calculator offers only the Complete scope for them, because a partial clean of a plinth-and-rail room is not a product we are willing to sell, whatever it would cost.
Does the cleaning provide evidence for accreditation?
Every attendance is photographed and time-stamped in your client portal against the published scope, so you have a dated record of every visit. We do not claim any accreditation ourselves; we give you the evidence your assessor asks for.
Who does the cleaning?
Independent cleaning businesses verified by Sarto: ABN and entity checks, current public liability sighted, a national police check sighted for every person who attends, and two referees contacted. You are told who is coming before they come.
