Clinic cleaning, priced for what a clinic actually is
Most cleaning quotes treat a clinic like an office with more sinks. It is not. Treatment rooms, patient touch points, clinical waste areas and consult-room turnover make medical cleaning slower, heavier work — and a price built on office assumptions is a corner waiting to be cut in your practice.
So the calculator refuses the shortcut: regulated premises price on the Complete scope only. Core and Extended grey out the moment you select Clinic — not as an upsell, but because a partial scope in a medical setting is a thing we will not sell. Real prices, current as at 28 August 2026:

The three things a practice manager stops chasing
Proof, without inspecting. Photos in your portal after every visit, against a published scope where every task states what done looks like. When the accreditation folder needs evidence of a cleaning regime, you have a dated record of every attendance, not a paper roster signed in advance.
Who is in the building after hours. Named person, told to you before they attend: police check sighted and dated, $20 million public liability current at every attendance and tracked to its expiry, re-verified every 13 weeks. The certificate itself — insurer, policy number, expiry — is shown to you, not summarised as “fully insured.” If cover lapses, the platform stops the work automatically — it does not rely on someone remembering.
A remedy that runs itself. An in-scope item missed is re-cleaned within 24 hours, free. If a re-clean is not practical, that visit is credited as money, off the next invoice, automatically. No account manager to persuade. And there is no lock-in — leave whenever you like, nothing to serve out.
