Office cleaning with the price on screen before anyone rings you
Every office cleaning company in Adelaide will give you a price — after a callback, a walk-through, and a proposal that lands sometime next week. We publish ours. Put in your floor area, your days per week and how much of the scope you want, and the price is on screen in about 20 seconds. Real prices, current as at 28 August 2026:

A scope in writing, a vetted contractor, and photos every visit
The scope is published before you pay — every task, its frequency, what done looks like, and the exclusions printed in the same font size as the inclusions. Three levels: Core (bins, washrooms, floors), Extended (where most offices sit) and Complete (the full list). Read the whole thing — no other cleaning company in Adelaide will show you theirs before a contract.
The person in your office is verified before they see your address: ABN checked against the register, $20 million public liability sighted and tracked to its expiry date, National Police Certificate sighted and dated, referees contacted, re-verified every 13 weeks. You are told who is coming, by name, before they attend.
After every visit: photos in your portal. Which scope items were done, confirmed arrival, and pictures of the work — so Monday morning is not a detective exercise. If something in scope was missed, report it in two taps and it is re-cleaned within 24 hours, free. If a re-clean cannot fix it, that visit comes off your invoice as money, automatically.
And you can leave whenever you like. No minimum term, no notice period, no exit fee, and nothing is charged until your first clean has been done and verified. The industry runs on lock-in contracts; we would rather earn February by being good in January.

We only take bookings in postcodes our verified contractors already cover, and we open suburbs as the contractor network grows. If yours is not open yet, price your office anyway — the price you see is held for 12 months from the day we open in your postcode. You lose nothing by knowing your number.
